- How does billing work?
- Premium is a PayPal subscription, billed monthly or yearly, and it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You pay through PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Sign in and cancel from your Account page whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Go to your account
- What happens to Premium after I cancel?
- Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account goes back to the free plan, and every tool still works with the free limits.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds and billing problems are handled under our Terms of Service, which set out what we do and do not refund and how to contact us about a charge. Read the Terms
- Are my files uploaded when I use Premium?
- No. Premium and free tools work the same way: your files are processed inside your browser tab and are not sent to our servers.
