1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ToolBox Pro MAX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolBox Pro MAX provides free online tools for file conversion, PDF manipulation, image editing, QR code generation, and other utility tasks. Most tools process files directly in your browser without uploading them to our servers.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the Service for commercial purposes

4. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Plans and Pricing

ToolBox Pro MAX offers optional Premium subscriptions with enhanced features. Current pricing:

  • Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
  • Yearly: $34.99 USD per year

Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Premium Features

Premium includes:

  • Batch processing (up to 50 files at once)
  • Larger file uploads (up to 100 MB per file)
  • Premium tool features (3x/4x upscaling, logo QR codes, advanced styles)
  • Advanced export options
  • Ad-free experience

Free users can use all tools with standard limits (1 file at a time, up to 10 MB, standard features).

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You will be charged through your chosen payment method (PayPal or card) at the beginning of each new billing period.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5.5 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed. If you experience billing issues or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@gettoolbox.app within 7 days and we will review your case.

5.6 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your credit card number or bank details. By subscribing, you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement. To update your payment method, visit your PayPal account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our content: The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by ToolBox Pro MAX and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your content: You retain full ownership of any files you upload or create using our tools. We do not claim any rights over your content.

7. File Processing

  • Files processed client-side never leave your device and are not stored by us.
  • Files processed server-side are automatically deleted within one hour after processing.
  • We do not access, review, or use your files for any purpose other than providing the requested tool functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from the tools will be accurate or reliable
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

You are responsible for verifying the output of any tool before relying on it for important purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBox Pro MAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

11. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant content. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the Service.
