About Bulk QR Generator
Bulk generation turns a repetitive task into a single operation, and the main risk shifts from effort to error. When you make one code you check it. When you make three hundred, you check a sample — so the quality of your input list matters far more than it does for a single code.
Validate the list before generating. A trailing space, a missing protocol on a URL, or a stray character produces a code that generates perfectly and scans to something useless. Those errors are invisible in the output and expensive once printed onto labels.
Keep the naming coherent. A folder of three hundred files called qr_1.png through qr_300.png is unusable for matching codes to assets. Name the output after whatever the code points to, so assembling the labels afterwards is mechanical rather than a puzzle.
Tips and limits
- Validate the list first — errors multiply invisibly across a batch.
- URLs need a protocol. Without https:// they may not resolve as links.
- Name outputs after their content, not sequentially, or matching codes to items becomes guesswork.
- Spot-check the first, last and a few middle codes by actually scanning them.
- Use identical settings across the batch so the printed sheet looks consistent.
